MY JOURNEY AS A HERBAL LOVER

When I was kid I really hate eating vegetables and drinking herbal tea. I just want to eat meat and junk foods. Eating them is a heaven-like for me. I just love to drink carbonated drinks and preservative rich drinks. I feel like I am suffering terribly when I will not eat and drink these “Amazing Product” for me that time.

 

Yeap! Sickness came to me. I am anaemic that time. They thought (My family relatives) that I am bitten by my superiors but they found out that it is because of my low blood counts. They rushed me to the hospital and then I am now taking the Iron supplement the doctor gave me. It was the “Yuck” taste of the blood tasting iron supplement. And at the same time I am staying thin. I am not getting big. But I am tall. Well then it must be the wrong nutrition that I am doing, doing and doing again and again.

 

Then my superior relatives of mine encourage me to eat vegetables and drink herbs (Lagundi is the herb they specifically recommend to me when I have severe cough). Whoa!! The taste of Lagundi you cannot really want to imagine. It was BITTER! Just bitter to the max! How I wish the taste of Lagundi is just like the taste of carbonated drink that I love to drink. But because of these practices I learned to appreciate the beauty of these rituals. Because taking them surprised me to be really EFFECTIVE without SIDE EFFECTS!
